Delicious Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 Cup Butter

  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats

  • Fresh fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is preheating, butter an 8x8in baking dish.

  2. Mix together milk, eggs, maple syrup, butter, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Slowly mix in oats.

  4. Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.

  5. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes until set throughout.

  6. Let cool and top with fresh fruit.

  7. Enjoy
